Florentino's other 'Galácticos'

In amongst the offices and dug-outs, Florentino Pérez is building another great team. Real Madrid's management ranks have been gradually filling with former players. If the 'Los Blancos' president went looking around the offices and dressing rooms at the Valdebebas training ground, he would surely be able to rustle up an impressive starting eleven.
Aside from Florentino Pérez himself, club CEO José Ángel Sánchez, and head of the academy Ramón Martínez, the club's reins are well and truly in the hands of former 'Los Blancos' players.
Real Madrid's ex-player managerial line-up starts with Alfredo di Stéfano, club legend and honorary president. Other suits are Emilio Butragueño, Director of Institutional Relations and Miguel Pardeza, Director of Football.
Ancelotti will take over on the Bernabeu bench having been a key figure in Sacchi's historic Milan. He could well be flanked by Zidane and Aitor Karanka as assistant coaches. Chendo will remain as the very able team delegate.
Toril is at the helm of the 'Castilla' team, demonstrating his great abilities as a coach by leading it into the Second Division and then keeping the team in the category - no mean feat. The latest academy addition is Santiago Solari, who joins De la Red, Morientes and Ramis.
Di Stéfano, 'El Buitre', Pardeza, Ancelotti, 'Zizou', Karanka, Chendo, Toril, Ramis, De la Red, Morientes, Solari... a top class team.
