Kop in Luis rap

LIVERPOOL are ready to tell Luis Suarez to slap in a transfer request if he is determined to quit England.

The Kop striker has been dropping hints about Real Madrid and Barcelona’s interest in signing him.
Suarez, 26, claims he must leave as he cannot take being the victim of a witch-hunt any longer.
And he enraged Kop chiefs by citing a lack of support, despite Liverpool bending over backwards to help after his various controversies — all of which have been his own doing.
The club stood by him when he was labelled a diver, throughout the Patrice Evra racism storm and most recently after a 10-game ban for biting Branislav Ivanovic.
Yet Suarez has repaid that backing by publicly courting a move to Spain while on Confederations Cup duty with Uruguay.
He has not slapped in a demand to move because that would mean forfeiting his percentage of any fee.
But Kop power brokers want him to lay his cards on the table with an official transfer request – and even then it is no guarantee he would be sold.
Suarez, who hit a stunning free-kick in Uruguay’s 2-1 loss to Spain on Sunday, has a £40million get-out clause in his contract.
But he will be told his future has to be sorted out soon to avoid a scramble to find a world-class replacement late in the summer transfer window.
Real would welcome Suarez on the books but are unwilling to pay the clause figure.
Spanish rookie Alvaro Morata had been muted as a makeweight in the deal but that was ruled out when the club insisted he is staying put whoever arrives at the Bernabeu.
